Second of all, EMGS processes the documents in less than a day if they have arrived. Normally it takes maximum of 2 days for the university to submit, but lots of private colleges like Mahsa, CityU, etc. have a habit of delaying the submission. I don’t know what their problem is.
Push the staff in your university, especially those in the marketing team. Be a headache to them and call them tens of times a day. They will submit it eventually. The problem is on the university’s side not EMGS. If they’re telling you they have submit it and they are waiting for EMGS, they are simply lying.

The guide i’ve been in contact with is keeping me updated
And each time the process is on hold he isntantly acts
Its just a matter of different time zones and weekends that delays the progress
Besides i’m only studying Bachelor of IT for now
Later on i’m thinking of studying in a different place
@EMGS today is almost 11 day’s after submitting my eVAL application through school but it’s still 7% and the closing date of registration is on 19 can i pls know the reason behind the delay so that i can channel the next line of action
