Me and my institution have contacted you regarding the last pending documents requested (transcripts of O levels, translated and untranslated) which we have submitted on May 21, and resubmitted again yesterday. However, we still got the same notification today to submit these same documents. I would like to kindly ask you to let me know if there is a problem with the documents submitted, or if this is a mistake and the documents are missing from your system. We have submitted my O level transcripts. It’s the ones that say St Brendan’s School on the top. I’ll resend now to #########. Please, help me get them verified again. I’ll miss my intake in July.
I am in communication with the institution regarding this. May I ask, have you not received from the institution the transcripts which say St Brendan’s School on the top?
Do you know what do they require and how long this process will take?
@tinashem After my institute contacted MQA and we provided all the documents and proof they asked, including a letter from my Embassy in KL, they response was that the letter from the Embassy doesn’t say the name of the person who signs (they never do, an Embassy official letter is a letter signed by the Embassy as an institution), then proceeded to close the office until the 25th on holiday, therefore I don’t have time and with great disappointment and after spending so much time, money an effort, I have decided to cancel the visa application
