Dear EMGS, can a closed application because of a pending document from an institution be reopened again after receiving the document? please I need to know.

Hi,

The institution can request to re-open the application by submitting the required documents along with an appeal letter. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the EMGS officers.

Dear EMGS, my institution said they have submitted the additional documents requested. But I don’t know why it hasn’t been updated. Please help me check. My passport No. A10715466

Hi John,

As per checking, we are yet to receive the requested documents from the institution. We appreciate it if ypu could check with the institution and provide us with email’s case number in which they submitted the document. This enables us to recheck again.

Did u Already paid for your application??

If you done paid trough your institution, please ask them for submit the proof of payment to emgs..
