At 38% you will get approved then within 1 day it will be 70% then you download eVal and apply for sev and fly to Malayisa then only it will over 70%
Then download your eVal along wit your offer letter from university and apply single entry visa in Malayisa Embassy and fly to Malayisa but before fly tell your university ur ticket info and u can only take flight which will arrives in between Monday to Friday and from 9am to 5pm
Why Monday to Friday btw? I can’t see any instructions related to this.
Cuz university can only fetch you in working days and time
I think it depends only on university. Not a mandatory thing. Besides that renowned university students can pass the immigration without the university representatives. For me, Taylor’s University informed me that I can go to university by my own. Btw have a safe journey.
