If I get you right. You’re implying that you’ve to go to Malaysia quickly and wondering why your status is stuck at 35%. I think you should check your status and figure out if it’s green or yellow to better determine if your application has an issue or not. If it doesn’t, email EMGS and your Universitiy to better advice you.

From 35% to 70% it will take 2-3 days. After getting VAL you can get single entry visa then go to Malaysia
