Pls help me to understand after how long got the reason letter ?

  I took leave of absense about 1year ago, and I didn’t change the state to in school. That was the reason.
  I got reason of rejected after 3weeks… even the reason should be requested by contacting your institution.

Hi even my EVAL is rejected in Feb first. We are still waiting for the reason ??

I haven’t been to malaysia yet.

I don’t know why they rejected?
