What I advise you to do, if you already have an address in malaysia. Submit the declaration form in the website and make sure to write the address in a same format mentioned. But as @omnia said the form requires the matric no. Which can be gotten after receiving the emgs approval

How’s your eVAL process going? Did you get it done?-
Currently at 35 and waiting for approval , hopefully I will be in malaysia when the semester starts

My case is submitted to Immigration Department on 09-Sep-2022 and Haven’t received my VAL yet . But they have mentioned that VAL will be issued within 7 to 10 Working days .

yeah my lecturer suggest about it, btw are SEV and eVISA is the same thing and has the same function?

Single entry visa is the same whether you get it physically from the embassy or online.

I think sev is getting from the nearest embassy in our home country. We need to apply for evisa first, and then bring the letter to the nearest embassy to get the single entry bfre we leave to malaysia.
