Sorry tp say this This is the longest level was for me. It took about two months to approve.
Email the uni to check any solution although i doubt uni can do anything-
At this point I would suggest to transfer next semester as chances of progressing at such short time is incredibly low. Mine was submitted two months ago and is still at 35%. If yours was submitted that long ago and is still at 5% then sorry to say but unlikely yours will progress before then 9th

As far as I know ur progress percentage has to reach 32% and only then you can study online. So currently no he cannot study online unfortunately.
