Hello, a friend of mine constantly gets an error of the EMGS application when trying to varify the Digital ID. He enters his personal data (name, passport, email) and after taking the selfie required for the verification the message “Error getting response Liveness” occurs. Can anybody help resolve this problem?

  He should delete the app and clear cache and then reinstall again.

  Thank you for the response, unfortunately, it still does not work.
  Is there anything else we can do?

  It is working now. We tried to unistall and reinstall the app several times and on the next day it somehow worked. Thank you for the support.
