Hello emgs
My status is on 32% since July.
Any update on this?
My passport number is ZN681825.

  Please be informed that your application is ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL.
  
  However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to new international students who are outside Malaysia. We will only be
  
  able to advise once we receive further instructions from the Immigration Department.
