I don’t know if it is the same in all the countries but you can go to the embassy now and ask them about the requirements documents and them will tell you what they want.

after 70% you will go to the Malaysian embassy in your country and give them your passport then the embassy process will take one week to give you your passport back then you’ll travel to Malaysia and continue the visa process until it gets to be 100%

Just wait for your VAL and get your single entry visa to Malaysia

Is any other document required to get the Single Entry Visa other than the VAL?

Am I suppose to go to Malaysia after it is 70% complete or 100% I am confused .because the next step is the medical screening in Malaysia .. ?

But val is used to get a single entry visa. Now it doesn’t matter if it has expired. If she has a student visa they’ll let her in other wise they’ll probably send her back
