You are able to download your val after 3 working days from approval date.

This means if approval on 9 th aug. Val can be downloaded on 15 aug

Bro..its a sole discretion of immigration depart.. As i see in many query that emgs officer wrote that immigration dept. Delay to release e-val. So i cant say confidently that you recive eval exactly on 3rd day.

Please note that at present, existing students intending to return to Malaysia would have to apply for the travel authorization and obtain the entry permit. However, you mentioned that you intend to enter Malaysia in March. Therefore, it is best to check with us prior to your entry to reconfirm if the procedures is still the same.
