May be you have paid val fee late, but dont be worry, in sha ALLAH once you will get appeal, they will approve your VAL.
Might be you have not paid val fee.
I have paid VAL but not paid University fee for VAL processing. Do you think that could be the reason for rejection?
Might be, but wait for the university email or comments. In sha ALLAH u will get val after clearance
