Did they ask any additional documents from you?
Same with me, just email them . Or they found the mistake in ur document

My suggestion tou you “please, calling or sending email to EMGS to explain about ur issue and please inform your university also.
I don’t think there’s anything to worry about except you’re been asked for. In the meantime, email your University with this concern.
