My suggestion tou you “please, calling or sending email to EMGS to explain about ur issue and please inform your university also. -
I don’t think there’s anything to worry about except you’re been asked for. In the meantime, email your University with this concern.

First your application status says green which is great. You should also email EMGS and your University to find out what’s causing the delay. Especially if additional documents were requested for and wasn’t provided. If your application is okay and doesn’t need those additional documents, you should be able to get a response soon

You should email to your desired Institute by mentioning your name, VAL application number and Passport numbe.
