You both have to check the history of your application, possibly they requested for additional documents and if you didn’t add it would not move

80% simply means that EMGS is awaiting the submission of your passport.

I received my eval approval letter alongside the emgs approval and trip guide to Malaysia. Now I have applied for evisa waiting for there response
