Hello Everyone,Anyone tell me that is it compulosry for some college that You pay 1st year fee before arrive in malaysia?

    But i have to pay 1st year fee to my college i.e, university kuala lumpur.

    Oo..but why is it complete new thing for u? i guess that is it only university kuala lumpur rule that you have to pay 1st year tuition fee before arrive in malaysia..
