Hello dear application VAL is still not got yet , I need to ask from who? The emgs has submitted to immigration department on 6 of august and it has been 13 working days completed but still not responded by immigration how I can ask because I already delayed my ticket from 19 august to 29 august but still not got VAL approval from immigration
