Hi dear EMGS Officer,
I have applied for VAL but progress of my application has stoped at 30%. My passport number is SF1804162. EMGS has highlighted an issue with my application probably it requires additional documents.
Please inform me about specific issue or required additional documents that has stoped my application.
I have already emailed about this specific issue at ######### including my full particulars.

I had telephonic conversations with VAL adminisrtative Assistant of the institute. she said that they do not understand what is the exact issue with my application. She is not responding to any query of mine. Please suggest me what to do to resolve this issue.
