That’s so complicated I’m sorry to hear that, you mean they rejected you already!!
May you have to change the university, and start from the beginning with new offer letter and new VAL, if the problem isn’t with the immigration department and the EMGS tried to help you then I think the problem only with your university that they uncooperative-
My VAL percentage is 30. And immigration never rejected my case at any stage. They just need more information about me. I provide a range of documents from ministry of interior to ministry of foreign affairs

I provided all kind of documents i can provide and high commission of my country at kuala Lumpur also sent email to officer at upm they even did not replied to high commission. Yes this is true that university is highly uncooperative.

I think may you try to convince EMGS to accept the required documents from you directly as the university didn’t care about this issue

How is that possible they told u are not their students? You got the offer letter right? That is just outright ridiculous.

Yes I have the offer letter and applied through UPM, now i think they dont want to pursue my case thats why they are coming up with excuses

I tried and contacted with assistant registrar. She email VDR department head but they did not responded to her as well. I know this because she put me cc when she sent email to head of VDR.

Dear EMGS officer,
I have applied for VAL on May 22nd. My application is pending since june 6. I dont know why its taking so long. I contacted my university which is UPM but they are not considering my case. Its taking that long? Its almost 4 months. I think they should just close the application and open a new one.

As mentioned above, UPM staff is not ready to take any steps. They are not cooperating, neither they are responding to my queries. I am totally confused.

We are unable to check if your institution representative has contacted the Immigration Department of Malaysia pertaining to your application. It is best that you follow up with the institution directly if they contacted the Immigration Department.
