My Val is stuck on 15% for two weeks now (yellow colour). The issue was that the first page of my passport was not clear so they asked to send it again. I scanned the first page again and emailed it to the university. But it’s been a week now and the Val is still stuck on 15% and is still yellow. What should i do now? Please help.

  dont worry everything will be alright. emgs is a very slow process they take time but it will be alright.

  Me too i am same situation they say ur passport page not clear and yestrday i sent to them another clear copy of my pasaport .. can we contact to discuss about this topic and find a soluation?
