I have applied for VAL and fee has been paid to bank. EMGS reply is
{Based on our records, kindly be informed that you opted to pay through the institution for the VAL application. As such, the processing of your VAL application is currently on hold as we require the submission of the proof of payment from the institution. We advise you to forward the document to the institution for further action. We will only be able to initiate the processing of your VAL application upon receiving the proof of payment from the institution.}
and my application status is 5% . I am in Pakistan how can i submit the proof of fee to EMGS through institution?
Or any link with i can submit the fee proof to the institution.
Please guide me….

  Yes i have submitted the documents to university through online portal.
  Fee receipt was also sent to university . Status of my application is 5 %. And the Notification is this : Pending the submission of payment for your visa approval latter.:
  I have sent the receipt through email to University and EMGS also but my application is still pending.
  Kindly help me in this regard. or send me any number or email of institution for resolving of this matter. And if you know any person who belongs to Pakistan please provide me his number. I will be very thankful of you.
