Hi EMGS,
I am a permanent resident from Singapore. I will be applying for my student visa in November 2018 as I will be studying at USM in Feb 2019. However, I plan to visit Malaysia right now as well and so I wanted to apply for a visiting visa (valid for 1 year). I wanted to know if my student visa application process might get affected if I apply for a visiting visa right now. Thank you.
