Hello Iman, eval once approved is valid for 6 months, if your session starts in November… You can not apply before October. As for the medical evaluation is concerned… Pre arrival medical evaluation is only required for private universities. USM is a public university. You will have to go thru post arrival medical evaluation at university…[Read more]
