Bila Mb sudah sampai di Malaysia kemudian submit pasport kebagian internasional student di kampus lengkap dg hasil medical checkup, dg catatan
sudah bayar asuransi dan jg personal bond barulah proses nya bsa sampai di 100% dan Mb akan dpt Multi Entry Visa stelah sebelum berangkat Mb harus urus single entry visa (SEV) dan lwat website urus SEV lebih cepat.

Contact your institution. It might be that there is a mistake in the information provided on the declaration of accommodation e.g wrong passport number.
Another scenario is that the issue might not be related to your declaration of accommodation. But contact your institution for clarification.-

you should be able to convert it to the respective university (if they provide such service), or you can go to the appointed institution. Its best that you asked the admission team of the university directly.

No I’m yet to get EVAL. It was EMGS that rejected it, not Immigration

According to EMGS portal, it’s have given only 1000 KB space for uploading all educational documents. While they wants all certificates, it is natural that the weight and quality of the documents decrease and they are not even readable. This problem should be solved by EMGS before sending the documents to the Immigration Department.
