      Hi Idris Surv,
      We take note that you are intending to submit your VAL application for PhD. If you have received an offer letter from your preferred institution, you may apply for your visa via two possible ways:
      1. Through institution: Submit all your documents and payment to the institution and request them to submit a visa application for you
