Start processing letter of eligibility from ministry of education before sev at Abuja. Its takes about a week.

Dear EMGS I would like to know when should I got my eVal because up till now the status of my application is 15% and I have to be in Malaysia on the 29th August, 2018. Please I need your intervention for assistance.
