I don’t know about your Malaysia system, but for my country I have option to apply online asking for all my entry and exit history

Ease your pressure.
Just show them where mentioned you previous passpord is lost specially if there is word LOST-
It’s clearly mentioned on the back page of my passport.

Hi Rizwan,
In regards of the passport lost, you are required to enter Malaysia with new passport and bring the supporting document along with proof of the student pass is still valid. However, the approval to grant you entry is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department Officials at the point of entry.
