Hello Ibrahim Alzoubi,
As long as your current student pass and Multiple Entry Visa is still valid, you may apply for renewal application from outside of the country. However, you will still be required to enter Malaysia to submit the passport for student pass issuance. Thank you.

My VAL is not issued yet , but I have new circumstances that may prevent me from joining this september. So i want to join next June.
What should I do.
And if I want to extend the VAL , how long can I extend it?
