Please I want to ask for my friend, he Study bachelor degree in Malaysia and he’s applying for masters program now in Malaysia, must he endorse his bachelor degree certificate from Ministry of Education before he can apply for the Master Program in Malaysia. Please your urgently reply will be much appreciated. Thanks
