Is it possible to enter malaysia only with the eVal without the Single entry pass stamp? I recieved my eVal a month ago but gave it for an ammendment to collect from different embassy .. please let me know if it is possible to travel only on eVal without SEV and get it on arrival .

I have my eval available for download application has reached 75% , now I want to collect my SEV but the location set was Pakistan and I want to collect it from Dubai since I am resident of Dubai . What is the procedure and is it possible?
