Now I am 80%, if my EMGS mobile application doesn’t work properly even after several re-installation, and my institute is not replying to my emails, can you send me my eVAL as PDF sent to my registered email (tajer733@gmail.com)?

Dear EMGS

The app was working perfect with my old passport
After I had renewed my passport, The app doesnt work properly, I cant see my information neither can download eVAL

Can you please help me resolve this matter as I have to travil Malaysia on July 2025
