Obtain a release letter from your previous uni. The cancellation of visa is differentm either way just follow emgs requirements u will be fine.

Maybe u got withdrawal letter form your previous institution? Call emgs and tell them.u dont have the required documents.

A letter from your previous uni, indicating that you have no obligations with them, that you can proceed to another uni

Yups or when u completed one stage of education and want to progress to Master for example. U shd obtain completion letter from degree.

Kindly ensure that your institution has created the application in our system. If the application has been created. you will be able to track the application via https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/ by keying in the passport number and selecting the nationality.
