I am a student from UKM, my passport number is EK6807033, name: HUANG LIYI.
My renewal progress has been stuck at 80% for 14 days. My friend and I submitted their passports at the same time and have completed the renewal 100%. Is there any problem with my renewal progress? If there is no progress, may I ask if it is possible to speed up the progress by 80-90%? I have been using it for 14 days but still haven’t succeeded.
