I am one of the re-newly admitted Student to Universiti Tecknologi Malaysia UTM.
i have applied for VAL before for 2015/2016 resumption but
unfortunately I could not resume tthen, due to economic recession in my
country by that time. However i have been given sponsorship already to
resume for the
program but since then, the challenge of my former VDR previous record
couldn’t allow me to process a new VAL and all effort to know the
state of the situation proved abortive. kindly assist me to resolve
this challenge.
Attached is the scanned copy of former VDR LETTER sent to me
Below is the last conversation between VAL admin UTM, EMGS and myself.
We would like to know the progress for cancellation record (ref number
: BVP/STU/14321/#########/1) as we already couriered to EMGS related
documents regarding his cancellation. Kindly update to us the status
for this cancellation. As for now, the status complete and can we now
either he can proceed for the new application or not?
The details of the cancellation record are as follow ;
ref letter from UTM : UTM.J.08.02.01/13.21/1/3 Jld. 9(27) date 17/October/2017

After 3 working days VAL will be ready to download afterwards that you can travel to Malaysia
How long did it take to move from 35% to 38%?
It tool 5 days in my case to move from 35% to 38%
