As a genuine student seeking to resolve this matter transparently, I have contacted my institution, Genovasi University College, to obtain the necessary explanation letter regarding my case. However, the institution’s visa department has informed me that they cannot issue or upload an explanation letter unless EMGS officially sends them an email requesting it first. They state that they have not received any such prompt from your office.
Because I am caught in a bureaucratic loop between the institution and EMGS, I kindly and urgently request that your team explicitly email the visa/international student office at Genovasi University College to request the required explanation letter.
Could you please confirm once this request has been sent to them, or advise me on the exact step-by-step procedure required to break this deadlock so I may cleanly proceed with my next steps?
