STARS system is for institution usage only. You may check your visa progress at on our website at the link below :

Thank you for clarifying this mater , my bank is asking me for something that prove that my visa renewal is under progress so they can activate my credit card , should i ask my institution or your office for this matter .

EMGS does not provide any supporting letter as proof for your renewal processing. Kindly check with the institution if they can assist you in this matter.
