Hi emgs.
I contacted your offices today early in the morning, and the emgs officer confirmed to me that the payment has been linked with my application and that the percentage should change today. However the percentage is stuck in 5% and I dint know why. Can you please check out this becaude university confirmed that payment has been done and emgs officer confirned that they received the payment and it has been linked to application. Thank you for your help

  Not by email but via phone call. I was provided only with application number which is #########. As i said emgs officer told me this morning after providing with this number that payment has been linked and that my percentage should imcrease today because the step was complete
