If you have applied through your institute then you have to send any additional documents asked by emsg to your institute in order to resume your process.

Hi emgs.
I contacted your offices today early in the morning, and the emgs officer confirmed to me that the payment has been linked with my application and that the percentage should change today. Not by email but via phone call. I was provided only with application number which is #########. As i said emgs officer told me this morning after providing with this number that payment has been linked and that my percentage should imcrease today because the step was complete

You completed the visa payment?

Yes i did. And i contacted my university and tgey confirmed to me that th payment has been sent to emgs

It sometimes take max 2 weeks to get the payment because they pay emgs through bank draft, it was the same case with me so there is no need to be worry, it will get to 10% in that time.
