Drop an email with emgs giving your passport number.

And talk to your university about your urgent situation. They can at least try to see what can be done to expedite the process.

I don’t think we will get assistance as we are expecting. It’s unclear about the reason for the delay. Even if we apply well ahead of time, but still we are not getting our visa on time.
