      Hi

      Kindly send an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my in order to check on this. Please provide us with the video or a full screenshot of the error in the email to enable an EMGS Officer to assist you further. To avoid any delay, you may liaise with the institution to obtain the eVAL.
