You can download mysejahtera app and enter your vaccination details, they will attest it and make a barcode (digital card)
But keep your vaccination card (Ukrainian) with you-
I mean keep the hard copy too with you in the airport

Hi! There are no vaccination requirements entering Malaysia, as both my university and EMGS explained that you don’t need to put your vaccination status in pre-entry checklist. Malaysia’s government has lifted all restrictions at the beginning of August.
