I think I got their response within 36 hours for the first email. The second email took a bit longer, may be 48 hours.

They will reply to both of your emails. But they will be a bit late to respond. It has already happened for my case. I also kept getting automated emails.

I have checked ayour application status. There is2 issues.
1. Have to send your pre arrival medical screening report.
2. Your institution send a confirmation letter which is translated.
