Hi everyone, my application status is 15 % in progress with emgs and my classes will be start on 19th of this month any idea can I join classes or not??, tq

Hi everyone, my application status is 15% from last week, and my classes will be start from 19th March, how long it will take to complete the process any idea????

  If the application in immigration its will be takes about 10 days to VAL approved
