    Thank for your info, sheikh Ibrahim, it has been 90% since 3/11/2017…but it has no progress until today…

      Hi Hendri,
      You don’t need it to be in 100% before you can download your VAL and request for SEV at malaysian embassy in your country …..
      But for 90 to reach cant take more than half a day .
