Hello, i suggest u to email emgs about your problem. They will help u to solve ur problem about visa
I did. i did email my uni and emgs.
The problem is from the university because if you can’t track your application this mean that they didn’t apply for it yet. Because in my case after my institution applied for my visa I was able to track 2 or 3 days after.
