If you’re already outside of Malaysia and your visa expired, as far as i know there is no way to shorten your visa while you’re out of Malaysia because the immigration department wants your physical passport NOT a photocopy of it, and the immigration can not get your passport while you’re at outside…[Read more]

If you\’re a visa free national you can collect the eVal and come in Malaysia.
If you need a visa to come in Malaysia, you have to get SEV at the nearest Malaysian embassy.
