Can we apply for dependent pass directly from emgs?

  Hi Hawar,
  
  Please note that you can apply for a depenant pass application with EMGS. The dependant pass application is only applicable for students studying Bachelor’s degree or above. The application has to be submitted through the institution. However, at present, entry for dependants are on hold until further notice.
