Hello sir, hope you are doing well, my name is Abin Varghese. And Iam Erican International Student. My Passport Number is T5578862.and my val renewal stucked 60%last 16 days. And my flight is march 27. I need visa approval.

  Hi,
  
  We understand that your flight is on the 27th of March. However, there is no stipulated time frame for the VAL extension process as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. The process for your main application will only resume on the process for your VAL extension application has been completed.

    But can you kindly shade more light on the reason why you are not approving eVAl extension but approving new applications?

      Hi,
      
      We understand your concern. However, EMGS only processes the applications. Once we have reviewed the documents, we will then submit the documents to the Immigration Department and the approval will solely be at their discretion.
