Dear EMGS Officers,
We, students of Nilai University, were asked to return to campus by the University by March. But additional documents are needed for us international students to be able to travel and one of them being a Letter of Undertaking from the University (not to be confused with ‘Letter of Undertaking and Indemnity) which is needed by your respective Embassy in Kenya, but Nilai University won’t issue it because they say they haven’t received any “guidelines” about it from EMGS. What guidelines do they want? Is it us who need it or your own representatives here? your Embassy. You people are not creating a good image of yourselves here. And on top of that the University also asked me to drop the subjects, in the middle of the semester, just because they won’t issue the letter. Tanzanians studying in Malaysia are now stranded waiting for the letter of Undertaking. Could you help through this. Your help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
